New Faces at the Farm

ree

ECO Farm is thrilled to welcome student interns from Northern Arizona University this summer! For three months, they will be helping us around the farm – tending to the gardens, assisting with food donations, growing and harvesting microgreens, caring for our goats and chickens, and more. We are grateful for the help and enthusiasm of this new generation of advocates as we strive to better the health of our communities and planet through regenerative farming.

Two of our interns will earn credits towards their degree programs in the College of Environment, Forestry, and Natural Sciences. Additionally, they will learn more about the importance of volunteerism, building community relations and partnerships, and participating in activities that benefit our bodies and minds, and on a larger scale, by helping our community and environment.

Welcome to ECO Farm, Annika, Bianca, and Victoria – we are excited to grow together this summer!
