Results From Our March 25th Microgreens Workshop - The Final Days Between Planting and Harvest

Our Workshop participants will harvest the microgreens they planted on March 25th tonight. In the meantime, here are images of the progress their trays have made over the week:

Kris' Cressida is starting to fall over due to its height. If we were donating or selling these microgreens, we probably would have picked them at this point.

Theresa's Kohlrabi is standing tall and proud!

Jefferson's Borage is the runt of the litter, sort of speak. They may take an extra day or two to mature.

Cari's Kohlrabi is thriving.

Ava's Arugula is looking great. There was one corner of the tray that was a bit shorter than the rest, but they recovered nicely.

Overall, everyone's microgreen trays are progressing as expected. I think our participants will be pleasantly surprised when they come in to harvest tonight!
