Kris' Cressida is starting to fall over due to its height. If we were donating or selling these microgreens, we probably would have picked them at this point.

Jefferson's Borage is the runt of the litter, sort of speak. They may take an extra day or two to mature.

Ava's Arugula is looking great. There was one corner of the tray that was a bit shorter than the rest, but they recovered nicely.


Overall, everyone's microgreen trays are progressing as expected. I think our participants will be pleasantly surprised when they come in to harvest tonight!
