About the Event
The ECO Farm internship is a three-month live-in position on our 12-acre farm located in Cottonwood, Arizona. We are seeking up to two individuals interested in an agricultural or horticultural career who would like to gain hands-on experience in sustainable farming.
Our ECO Farm project, located at 3080 E. Hwy 89A, Cottonwood, Arizona, is a model regenerative teaching farm established in 2014. On our 12-acre farm, volunteers, visitors, and interns learn about sustainable farming practices and are encouraged to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Ideally, the farm projects provide individuals with the skills necessary to grow and maintain gardens, practice sustainable living, and teach interns to manage farms, gardens, or to start up farms in other locations.
In the first half of 2024, ECO farm staff, volunteers, and interns helped grow and donate nearly 20K worth of healthy food for our local community. The farm helped individuals live healthier lives…
